It’s bad enough for Wichita State, upon its return from the Shocker’s upset loss against Marshall in San Diego, to see the Kansas Jayhawks take over their town.

Kansas State Closes Book on Marcus Foster—The Second Time

For two seasons, Marcus Foster was Kansas State’s leading scorer before head coach Bruce Weber faced no alternative than to kick him off the team. Tough NCAA Tournament Choices For Michael Porter Jr.’s Family

At a time when families often travel to follow their loved ones in the NCAA basketball tournament, Michael Porter Jr.’s family from Columbia, Mo., faced a dilemma this week: Who goes where?
The Porters have players on the Missouri  men’s and women’s teams, and after the men’s first round 67-54 loss to Florida State the Porters can concentrate on supporting Cierra Porter and the women’s team.

Audriana Fitzmorris and Jenna Gray played side-by-side at St. James High School in suburban Kansas City.  But believe it or not they didn’t know for sure where the other was going until Gray, a 6’1” setter, and Fitzmorris, a 6’6” middle blocker,   had signed letters-of-intent with Stanford.
