With the Kim Anderson hiring at Missouri not turning out well, it doesn’t bode well for other NCAA Division II coaches under consideration for power conference jobs. For Washburn coach Bob Chipman, who had hoped to land the head coaching job at Kansas State in the 1990s, his Division II career turned out okay.
